- Conducted audit of marketing: website, advertising, products, competitors. Initiated a survey among customers. Defined the growth points.
- Created a profile of the ideal buyer of an MAC OS photo app. Singled out new audiences for targeting and retargeting. Singled out targetings that increased revenue from advertising.
- Improved the personalization of emails and website. Configured the PrePopulating of customer's data for increasing conversion. Configured the giveaway mechanics with virality coefficient of 1.4.
- Selected hypotheses, set up A/B tests in advertising, emails and website. Interpreted the results. Conducted A/B tests on several pages with one template using Google Content Experiments.
- Configured the cost data upload, calculation of revenue without refunds and processing fees in Google Analytics. Introduced saving of the user acquisition source into the database, linked user data between Google Analytics, payment processing and database.
- Built a system of automatic reporting in Google Spreadsheets and Excel using data from Google Analytics, МailСhimp and database. Used SuperMetrics, Microsoft PowerQuery and Pivot tables to automate routine reporting.
- Configured cohort analysis and calculation of the real ROI. The real ROI took into account the advertising costs and revenues less commissions and refunds. Took into account 3 scenarios: advertising → purchase, advertising → trial → purchase from email newsletters, and advertising → subscription to newsletter → purchase of another product on another website.
- Set the technical specification on the transfer of user data from the website into MAC OS app; changes in the logic and design of the apps. Implemented tracking of user behavior within MAC OS apps using Google Analytics Measurement Protocol.
- Introduced the Crowdin localization system and PipeDrive system for working
with partners.
