Systematically Engineering Change
Many Product teams fall in the trap of building features based on someone's "great idea". Such a situation leads to having a backlog full of features whereby as Product Managers we simply end up just prioritising and following through the execution of the deliveries.
As Product Managers it is our role to lead the team to build features which :
1. Matter for our users
2. Generate commercial value
3. Align to the business goals
During these sessions we look at adding the Vision & Strategy layers to ensure that we position ourselves to engineer a Product Roadmap which builds capabilities which align to the objectives that we truly want to achieve.
Increased Impact
Having now developed the right Product Strategy and Vision, we need to follow it through. Alone one can go fast, but together a team can go further. As Product Managers, we want to build a cross-functional team which thinks together and ideates on the necessary actions to achieve the defined objectives cohesively.
During these sessions we look at how to transition from a working dynamic where the different departmental team members individually perform activities to achieve the Local Maxima; to an environment where the team members work cohesively on achieving the Global Maxima.

About Me
Currently leading the Product Team at KaFe Rocks, whereby I'm responsible for the formation of the Product Department and integration within the organisational structure to drive a Product-Led approach within the company's asset portfolio.
Enjoy the creation of the Product Strategy & Vision to outline the asset roadmaps which align to the Business Strategy, as well as defining Milestones to establish goals driving the team towards defined quarterly OKRs as a way of measuring progress.
