Scrum Master

- Driving Product Areas (Value Streams) transformation for a 120 employees SAFe train;
- Team coaching of Product Division Leadership team and Agile COP;
- Launching and co-organizing cross-company initiatives like Hackathons, Communication Chapter;
- Driving switch to the Remote Culture in collaboration with HR;
- Initiating and extending cross-department collaboration with Customer Success, Market Unit and Infrastructure;

- Build up a remote international agile team starting with 2 developers and up to over 40 team members from scratch;
- Coach Product Owners, stakeholders and development teams;
- Discover, build up, scale and support the processes of collaboration between different departments across the company as they were growing;
- After successful implementation of Scrum, drive the development of scaling strategy: definition and integration of the team structure inspired by Spotify and LeSS practices;
