How I can help you

If you are planning to start or continue your career in IT, I am happy to provide initial advice and support you along the way. I have conducted hundreds of interviews in various companies, including small Ukrainian outsourcing companies, a quite successful German startup (from three people to 40 in Series B), and a multinational corporation with thousands of employees, and now I will conduct those in my company.

My strong point is management and coaching, so this is where I can help you the most, but I can also share career insights from other areas. In particular, I have hired web developers, testers, devops specialists, SREs, data scientists and engineers.

How will the session be held?

There are two options:
- you have a specific request, we will work on it. For example, you want to learn about certification, or to get help with your resume or alike.
- if you do not have a request, we will hold a coaching session in the GROW format. It is a classical coaching model that implies analyzing the request (what exactly do you want?), investigating the current state, exploring opportunities and obstacles and determining a further action plan, or at least the next step.

Further regular mentoring is also possible.

Hi Everyone! I am Yulia, an Agile and ORSC-certified Coach, specialist in leading and scaling distributed international teams with extensive experience in HR, Teaching and Sales. Currently I am a COO and Co-Founder at Alpha Affinity.

Having worked in IT for over 11 years, I always enjoyed bringing safety, positivity and also order to all the various teams I worked with. What motivates me the most is seeing the people's eyes full of excitement, when they eventually arrive at the heights they never believed to be reachable.

I started at outsource, designed an agile environment at leading Bavarian startup scoutbee from scratch and discovered the peculiarities of big corporations at SimCorp, one of the biggest financial market software players. Currently I also actively advise start-ups on organisational structure, hiring strategy and culture.
