Три з половиною роки директор з бренду роботодавця у Plarium, сім років у індустрії. Лідую команди з бренду роботодавця та внутрішніх комунікацій.
Підіймаю KPI та можу не вкластися в дедлайн. Працюю з проєктами, бюджетами, командами та собою. Наймаю, треную та інколи проводжу курси.
Пишу, редагую, даю правки та зауваження, не люблю мітинги, в яких люди не поміщаються на один екран.

‣ Employer Brand of Plarium Ukraine — research & strategy. Social media, tech blogs, conference sponsorship etc.
‣ Recruitment marketing of Plarium Ukraine: FB/Instagram/Google Ads. Company Career site sprint-to-sprint improvements & vacancies.
‣ Internal communications of Plarium Ukraine: up to 25 articles per month, internal TV, codes, documents, surveys, events and merch concepts;
‣ Plarium Global’ Instagram page;
