  • Допомагаю людям і компаніям чесно та цікаво розказувати про себе, щоб завоювати увагу та довіру своєї аудиторії: працівників, клієнтів, кандидатів. Спеціалізуюся на особистих брендах та брендах роботодавця. Наразі улюблені теми — LinkedIn та employee advocacy.
  • Мій background — 12 років у HR, 6 років у бренді роботодавця (DataArt, Luxoft) та 3 роки у персональному брендингу (більше 50 людей: перші особи компанії, менеджери, корпоративні співробітники, незалежні спеціалісти).
  • Викладаю курс «Бренд роботодавця» у бізнес-школі Laba, пишу статті, виступаю на конференціях. У 2021 мій спільний з колегами по DataArt проєкт «Brand Ambassadors» отримав перший приз у номінації «HR-маркетинг у дії». Понад 7 років займаюся консультуванням з тих матерій, на яких спеціалізуюся.

Побудова та розвиток особистого бренду:
- усвідомлення та опис бренд-платформи (хто я? до кого говорю? що вони мають про мене знати?): визначення позиціювання, цільової аудиторії, каналів просування бренду тощо;
- ведення соціальних мереж для просування особистого бренду (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram);
- визначення тем, на які писати, створення контент-плану для особистого бренду;
- підготовка до публічного виступу.

MY GOALS
to unite efforts of employer brand and personal brands of DataArt experts and leaders for mutual promotion and brand awareness.

KEY RESULTS
• Created 2 educational courses (preparation for the public talk, LinkedIn for personal brand) for the internal L&D system. Conducted numerous educational seminars for colleagues.
• Closely worked with 20+ brand ambassadors on their presence on LinkedIn and other social networks. By now all together they have 30 000+ post views per month. The Social Selling Index of ambassadors increased on average by 20 points.
• The project "DataArt Brand Ambassadors" received HR Brand Ukraine Award in the category "HR Marketing in action"
• Created text bank and photobank to be used by those who write about the company.
• Prepared 25+ public speakers for the events

• As a joint effort of HR Marketing team:
- standardization of the brand page on UA, Ru, Pl, Bg job sites, DOU, Glassdoor
- standardization of all vacancies according to EVP
- optimization of job boards packages according to the goals and analytics
• As a joint effort of SMM team:
- stable growth of FB followers - 370 people/month
- stable generation of content for corporate social accounts: 3-5 materials per week
- concept of digital marketing campaigns for technical events created from scratch
- digital advertising for 4 IT conferences (up to 325 participants) - 87% of full price tickets sales
- digital advertising for 30 events in 7 locations (during 2018). 17 of these events were sold out/full registration
- digital strategies for different news breaks - offices birthdays, March 8th, StarWars Day and so on

Act as HR Partner for a few delivery projects (120 persons) and as Internal

KEY RESULTS
• Was a project lead of “Quest Lux 10” devoted to the Company’s 10 year anniversary – 54 teams (216 participants), 1300 employees involved. Project team – 10 persons in 3 locations, duration - 3 months. Nomination for HR Brand Award.
• Was a project lead of "DoIT Game" (engineering game based on Scrum methodology) – localization (Polish origin) and launching in Ukraine. Project team – 4 persons.
• Realization of around 20 corporate events, communities of a different scale and type.
• Standardization and branding of internal communications for HR department, delivery division.
• Conducted dozens of town halls, presentations, group meetings, strategic sessions.
