• Collected & identified market need, developed an appropriate product roadmap with the prioritized feature set.
• Worked with stakeholders, customers, partners, and prospects to effectively capture requirements and opportunities, ensure smooth communication and requirement the transition from the client to the engineering team;
• Integrated usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance product quality;
Achievements
• Worked closely with front-office: dived in-depth customer needs to design MVPs that helped to upsell 20+ customers; held 130+ interviews with endusers about UX-issues; Visited competitors' demos.
• Designed features for Outlook Add-In and Google Add-On that increased user retention on 9% during a year. For example, redesigned email engagement tracking, designed impersonation logins for Salesforce and Google Service Accounts, improved smart algorithms for data syncing, implemented ROI calculation to increase sales etc.;
• Was responsible for 8 release scopes (three-month release cycle): formed and prioritised roadmap, release features, backlog and hot-fixes;
• Initiated UI and UX re-design, worked closely with the designer on UXtesting: increased adoption by 11% via realising onboarding flow for trial and business users;
• Managed 200+ customer feature requests reported from Customer Success and Support teams;
• Built product analytical dashboards from scratch to track user activation stages, retention, north star metric, AARRR funnels etc.;
• Organised 8 product marketing campaigns about release features promotion inside the product, implemented NPS tracking inside the product;
• Designed workflow and templates for creating PRD to unify process for all R&D department (30+ team members);
• Was responsible for onboarding 6 newcomers to Product Team and set KPI for them.

• Launched a new product direction with a set of features based on microservices architecture using the data-driven approach to improve retention metrics
• Researched customers feedback (~130 interviews), competitors pros and cons, the market's trends and generated hypothesis about improving UX and retention metrics.
• Formed feature journeys, specs, and managed feature's backlog
• Worked on Customer Development by running micro-experiments which
