• Пройшла шлях від асистента до топменеджера IT компанії у сфері HR.
• 8 років в HR напрямі. Умію розвивати навички HR'a з нуля до senior.
• Маю чотирирічний досвід роботи в компанії, яка є найбільшим у світі виробником харчових продуктів.
• 11.5 років працювала з дорослими та дітьми, викладаючи англійську мову.
• 4.5 роки викладаю people management для менеджерів, технічних керівників, майбутніх менторів та HR менеджерів. На заняттях основним з питань є пошук природнього стилю.
• Останні 3 роки терапевтую в рамках компанії. З вересня 2021 маю особисту практику.
• Продовжую вивчати психологію. Вірю, що різні стилі допомагають в роботі з людиною (бо ми всі дуже відрізняємось один від одного), тому маю знання у напрямках гештальт терапії, гіпнотерапії, транзактному аналізі, загальній психології та нумерології.
• Маю спеціалізацію з проживання втрати й горя.
• Пройшла два рівні навчання в Ізраїльській коаліції травми з надання першої психологічної допомоги та роботи зі стресом та травмою.
• Маю свій телеграм канал, де ділюся тим, чим цікавлюся сама - особистісний розвиток, психологія, бізнес-стратегії та інструменти, подкасти та інтерв'ю з людьми, що запам'ятовуються, художня література та фільми для душі й не тільки
