About me:
I have been working in the HR field since 2014, throughout this time I've gained experience in recruiting, creating company policies from scratch, working with the performance review process, technical skill matrices, risk assessment, building development plans, training and coaching managers.
Being a certified Organizational Coach (Life coaching, Business coaching, Team coaching), and a consultant-psychologist in the method of positive psychotherapy, I devote my out-of-work hours to helping my clients in coaching, or psychotherapy and consider this my professional hobby.
In my free time, I also enjoy wakeboarding in summer and snowboarding in winter. Since the beginning of the war, I joined the weapon safety course (modern problems require modern solutions :))
