Resource management:
identify and allocate Cluster resources including working collaboratively with
other Project Managers to assign internal resources;
running all recruitment stages;
People management - overseeing the training, development, motivation, and
day-to-day management of my team;
Cost management – estimating, allocating, and controlling cluster costs;
Cluster marketing activities – marketing plan creation & realization together
